Mälekon

For a month we followed Mälekon around during their big round of events called the Rookieperiod, registering as many of the amazing moments as possible, as well as creating the marketing material.

Objective

We wanted to have maximum attendance in all events. So we needed to be organised, as we had one event after the other to promote and register.


We focused on capturing moments of people having fun as well as showcasing all the different kinds of events Mälekon had to offer. To achieve that we used a three step promotion strategy, Day 1 we market the event, Day 2 we register the event and Day 3 we share the highlights of the event in a engaging way.

Results


Our strategy worked perfectly, as we had most of the events filled with people and collected a lot of compliments from the Mälekon team and attendees. So much so Mälekon still used the same strategy for their events internally after our teams collaborated. We had to work effectively and focus on quality over quantity as most of the events didn't have more than two days to be promoted, but it paid off.
